Terms and conditions

Terms used in this agreement:

The Commissioner: The person, business or company who commissions REEFOTO to undertake photographic work on their behalf.
Commissioned Images: Any images supplied as a result of a commissioned photographic shoot requested by the Commissioner
Images: Royalty free library images owned and held by REEFOTO.COM
The User: Any person, business or company viewing, downloading, purchasing or otherwise using the REEFOTO.COM website

Royalty Free Images

This User may, on receipt of cleared funds amounting to the purchase price for the purchased image as shown on the website, use the images in any way they please for their, or their clients’, use with the only restriction that the User may not sell or license the images to any other photographic library or agent. You acknowledge that other parties using this website may also purchase and use the same image / images for their use

Buy-out licences

A buy-out licence effectively converts a Royalty-free image into a commissioned image. As soon as a price is agreed and payment cleared, we will remove the image from the site and not sell it to anyone else. You will then be bound by the Commissioned Images terms below.

Commissioned Images

Commissioned Images remain the copyright of REEFOTO. Commissioned Images are licensed to the Commissioner for use on a royalty-free basis for an unlimited period. This means the Commissioner may use the images in any way they please for their, or their clients’, use with the only restriction that the Commissioner may not sell or license them to any other photographic library or agent.

REEFOTO may use the Images for its own promotion and promises not to sell, or otherwise distribute, the Images to any third party for a period of two years following the shoot date.

By using this website, by accepting any quotation or invoice from REEFOTO.COM, or by using our images you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
